Service Description
Starter Retainer – $900/month: 2 shoots per month (2–3 hours each), 15–25 professionally edited images per shoot, 48–72 hour delivery, full usage rights for social media, promotions, and website, flexible scheduling. Perfect for venues that want reliable coverage without overcommitting. Standard Retainer – $1,300/month: 4 shoots per month (2–3 hours each), 25–35 edited images per shoot, 48-hour delivery, full usage rights, event consultation and planning support, flexible scheduling. Ideal for venues that want predictable content and a strong social presence every month. Premium Retainer – $1,700/month: Up to 8 shoots per month (2–3 hours each), 30–40 edited images per shoot, 24-hour priority delivery, full usage rights, monthly content planning and strategy support, event consultation, priority scheduling. Designed for venues that want full coverage, consistent branding, and a creative partner who understands your space. Optional add-ons: Additional 2–3 hour shoots at $350/session, custom projects or extended editing priced per project. Not sure which plan fits your venue? Cancellation Policy
Our Modern Spirits — Service Policy Booking Your Session: A 50% deposit secures your date for events or monthly retainers. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit and agreement are received — simple and stress-free. Payment: The remaining balance is due when your photos are delivered. No surprises, just beautiful images ready to use. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancel 14+ days before your event: full deposit refund. Cancel 7–13 days before: 50% deposit refund. Cancel less than 7 days before: deposit is non-refundable. Monthly retainer clients can pause or cancel with 30 days written notice, and date changes are flexible depending on availability. Waitlist: If your preferred date is already booked, we’ll add you to our waitlist and contact you immediately if an opening becomes available. Confirmed bookings still require deposit and agreement. Deliverables & Usage: All packages include professionally edited images delivered on schedule. You can use your photos for social media, promotion, or marketing purposes, with additional commercial licensing available if needed. Additional Notes: Travel fees may apply for locations more than 25 miles from Cleveland, OH. Any requests outside the original scope can be arranged with a custom quote.
